Christian is a Los Angeles based film composer known for his fresh and inventive writing style.
He has composed music for major advertising campaigns, television and numerous independent films. His client list includes Emirates Airline, Flydubai, History Channel, Target, US Cellular and Proctor & Gamble, to name a few.
Born in Chile and raised in Los Angeles by a family of classical music aficionados, Christian grew up surrounded by music. His exposure to the great classical composers, film music and musicals inspired him to begin writing instrumental music at a very young age. He learned piano, trumpet, percussion, and became a trained vocalist. He went on to earn his BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and studied at the prestigious Cap 21 Musical Theater Conservatory. While at NYU, he took on the role of Director and Musical Director for the show “Camelot” and also wrote and staged his own original musical.
Christian’s natural ability to convey emotion and tell stories through music attracted the attention of filmmakers, leading him to compose music on a variety of notable projects. Today the journey continues. Recognized mainly as an orchestral composer, his vast palate of musical styles also includes electronic, rock and ethnic.
Christian treats each project like it's one of a kind and takes special care when working with clients. He strives to understand their creative mindset and takes their vision to a whole new level through music. He aims to stay fresh, to "think outside the box", and deliver only the best quality music.
